Backend Developer

Job Description:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services for products within the [AUBOT](https://aubot.com.vn?utm_source=chatgpt.com) Platform ecosystem.
2. Build APIs, services, business modules, and data processing components for systems such as ERP, WMS, WCS, IoT, Robot Platforms, and other internal systems.
3. Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts (BA), and other departments to analyze requirements, align API contracts, perform integration testing, and deploy features.
4. Participate in designing, developing, and optimizing databases, including table design, queries, indexing, transactions, and appropriate data handling.
5. Develop integration services between AUBOT systems and internal systems, partners, industrial devices, or third-party platforms.
6. Write technical documentation, API documentation, integration guides, and other backend-related documents.
7. Collaborate in debugging, error handling, code refactoring, API/database performance optimization, and continuous system quality improvement during product development.
8. Research, test, and propose suitable technologies, libraries, frameworks, or technical solutions aligned with the company’s product development strategy.
9. Actively use AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to support coding, debugging, refactoring, test case creation, code optimization, and technical documentation.
10. Ensure quality control of AI-generated code, including full understanding of logic, thorough testing, compliance with coding conventions, system architecture, and security requirements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Strong foundation in programming, data structures, databases, and backend software development.
* 3–4 years of experience in backend development.
* Experience with at least one of the following backend technologies: Go, Node.js, C#/.NET Core, or equivalent backend technologies.
* Experience in building REST APIs, Web APIs, business services, or data processing services.
* Hands-on experience working with databases in real projects.
* Priority given to candidates who have worked on enterprise software products, internal systems, ERP, WMS, WCS, IoT platforms, logistics platforms, or highly integrated systems.
* Proficiency in at least one core backend technology such as Go, Node.js, or C#/.NET Core.
* Ability to design and develop clear, maintainable REST APIs.
* Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.
* Basic to intermediate understanding of database design, indexing, transactions, migrations, and query optimization.
* Proficient in using Git for source code management.
* Basic experience with Docker is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and sensitive data management.
* Ability to read requirements, break down tasks, and coordinate with frontend teams to define API contracts.
* Strong mindset for clean code, maintainability, debugging, refactoring, and system maintenance.
* Ability to write basic technical documentation.
* Good reading comprehension of technical English documents.

Work location:

CF Group Building, No. 119–121 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Dinh Cong, Hanoi, Vietnam

Working hours:

Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
(Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month)
