Job Description
- Receive and handle customer inquiries, warranty requests, and product complaints.
- Develop service plans and allocate resources to resolve customer issues and repair equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) faults promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and implement AGV installation plans for new factories or customer demonstrations.
- Perform repair and maintenance work in compliance with factory safety regulations.
- Deliver repaired or warranty-serviced products back to customers.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for AGVs at customer sites.
- Monitor AGV operation, maintenance activities, fault records, and spare parts replacement at customer facilities.
- Ensure all warranty and maintenance procedures are carried out in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Production and Quality Control (QC) teams to improve product quality.
- Support the Production team in manufacturing activities when required.
- Prepare periodic reports and other reports as requested by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in the electrical engineering field. Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome and will receive training.
- Good understanding of electrical systems related to AGVs.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, servicing, and after-sales support processes.
- Familiarity with factory safety regulations and procedures.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Good customer communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, confident, resilient, decisive, and energetic with a positive attitude.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.

Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from VND 9,000,000 to VND 13,000,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience), plus a lunch allowance of VND 30,000/day.
- Probation period: 60 days, receiving 85% of the base salary during probation.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month
