Job Description
We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to develop embedded systems for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and other industrial automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for microcontrollers and embedded computers, including:
- Board Support Package (BSP) development
- Communication protocols (RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, LoRa, Bluetooth, etc.)
- Control logic and embedded applications
- Motion control algorithms
- User interface development
- Design PCB layouts for logic control circuits and protection circuits used in AGVs.
- Design electrical systems for AGVs and other automation equipment, including electrical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and prototype production follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product research, development, testing, improvement, and manufacturing process.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor and the Management Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar embedded software engineering role.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++.
- Good understanding of microcontroller architectures and experience with peripherals such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.
- Experience with FreeRTOS and multi-threading/multi-processing programming on Linux.
- Knowledge of control algorithms such as PID and Fuzzy Logic.
- Understanding of signal processing techniques, including low-pass filters, Kalman filters, and related methods.
- Ability to read and understand electronic schematics.
- Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI and hardware noise issues such as crosstalk and ground bounce.
- Previous experience in an industrial automation company is an advantage.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to new technologies.
- Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.

- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience (up to VND 35 million/month).

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Plus two Saturdays per month.
