Site Survey and Construction Planning
Our engineering team conducts precise site measurements and inspects technical infrastructure (power supply, compressed air, network connectivity) to develop detailed installation layouts and construction schedules, ensuring zero disruption to ongoing factory operations.

Mechanical and Electrical Control Installation
We proceed with the installation of core components, including robots, conveyors, racking systems, and electrical control cabinets. Every detail-from bolt positioning to wiring diagrams-is executed strictly according to technical designs to ensure mechanical durability and electrical safety.

Software Integration and System Programming
AUBOT engineers configure control systems (PLC/HMI), integrate management solutions (WMS/WCS), and establish operational scenarios for robots, enabling the entire line to function in perfect harmony.

Testing and Commissioning
We conduct trial runs for both individual stages and the entire system (including dry runs & wet runs). Speed, payload capacity, and accuracy parameters are meticulously calibrated to achieve the original design performance indicators.

Handover Training and Operations Transfer
AUBOT organizes hands-on training sessions for the customer's technical team, covering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. The project is officially handed over only when the customer has fully mastered the system.
