Arrogant judge Stephen Mortensen suffers a fatal stroke, leaving him partially paralyzed and placed in a nursing home. Restrained by the staff and separated from his friendly roommate, Mortensen soon clashes with mild-mannered resident Dave Creeley. He secretly terrorizes the home with a sadistic game called “Jenny Penn’s Law.” While using his dementia doll as a tool of cruelty, what begins as a child’s torture quickly escalates into more terrifying and disturbing incidents. When Mortensen’s pleas to the staff go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to end Crowley’s reign of terror.
